I ran into Stanley Mouse in Alameda, CA. What a cool dude. If I could just sit with him and listen to his stories, it would be mind blowing. Like when he stayed at Janis Joplin's house, or met Jimi Hendrix. Or when he came up with his iconic Skull and Roses GD poster.

My OWN band gOT a poster!

I've been playing in a band with some great guys for about two years. It's called Tuesday Underground, and we play indie rock and get gigs once in a while. We are playing at a rock called Sedel in Lucerne, Switzerland. 

Coming up with an idea for a poster for my own band was tougher than I thought. I started drawing without sketching. It all came together with luck and intuition.

I spend about 12 - 16 hours on each poster art. But I only spent 4 hours on this one. Do you like it?

REMEMBERING MARTIN S.

I reunited with my old friend Martin Stricker in Zurich last year. I hadn't seen him since I living in San Francisco. I ran into him when I came back to Switzerland. The bass player & founder of legendary death metal band, Celtic Frost.

I had to pinch him in the ass to get him to smile for the selfie. With death metal dudes it's standard procedure to get the serious, evil look in fotos. Sadly, Martin passed away October of 2017. An unexpected bummer. He was loved by all and will be missed.

TRPS IN SAN RAFAEL, CA

I had a great time at the outdoor Poster Art festival last Summer. What a great experience to show my work, hang out with insanely talented artists, sell my poster art to great collectors and meet new and interesting art and music lovers.

I Love TRPS shows. I hope I get a chance to attend another one soon!

MY BAND. I LOVE THESE GUYS!

The name of the band is Tuesday Underground. I can't just draw and design to satisfy my creative needs, I also need to rock. My good friends Reto, Marcel and Waedi like to rock too!

We play out at clubs once in while. This foto was a gig at a roadhouse called Duke's.
